Embarking on Success: Training Journey in Four Phases

Phase 1: Onboarding

Kickstart with a half-day remote training to introduce you to the Cyberbacker system.  Over the next three weeks, choose your support team, set up your database, and prepare for the tech essentials. Hire a business coach for at least the first year of your franchise.

Phase 2: Pre-Live Operation Training

Our extensive training program, covering everything in the operational playbook, is designed to equip you with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in your new business venture.

Phase 3: Going Live

Phase 3 marks the official start of your franchise business going live.  Take the lead, ensuring peak operational efficiency.  Play an active role in marketing, networking, lead generation, building client relationships, and overseeing your team. Your team handles sales, administration, and more.

Phase 4: Ongoing Training and Support

Our support extends beyond going live.  At Cyberbacker, we believe in consistent opportunities for education, collaboration, and growth to help you reach your full potential and attain your business goals.

Operational Support

  • We will provide ongoing support for day-to-day operations.  A dedicated franchise coordinator will serve as your primary point of contact for support needs.
